This February we’re heading back to Ethiopia and an extremely delicious coffee from the Legu Trading Washing Station in Kochere Banco Gotete. This coffee is not available on general sale so aside from ourselves our Limited Release Subscription customers are the only ones who can enjoy this brew!

I’m really looking forward to this month’s offering, it looks like something that will suit my methodology of brewing (like last month’s, which was better as it cooled down from brewing). Well done 👍
